First, patients are always seeking quality care from qualified providers -- utilizing th
e power of the internet, RatingsMD® provides a valuable resource to both identify health care providers and obtain feedback regarding the quality of service offered by health care providers.
Second, most health care providers strive to provide high quality care for their patients. These providers desire to know when and where the services they deliver do not meet the expectations of their patients so that they may do a better job delivering care in the future. RatingsMD® provides valuable feedback for this purpose.
Third, at any time, there are more than 50,000 medical malpractice suits pending in the U.S. RatingsMD® believes that many of these suits may have been avoided if:
